With the support and recognition of the College of Physicians District I La Plata, Grupo Sur develops the Clinical Research Training Course with the objective of training medical professionals who can be incorporated into the Grupo Sur network of researchers in the different specialties.
The trainees have theoretical and practical activities on the different aspects of research:
- Good Clinical Practices
- Ethical and Regulatory Aspects
- Conducting Clinical Trials
- Pharmacy in Clinical Research
- The laboratory in Clinical Research

Workload:: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM. Paid activity (not fee-based). Content: • Training in pharmacological clinical research in both practical and theoretical forms. • Training in regulatory aspects of clinical research and in Good Clinical Practices • Patient care in research office and hospitalization room • Handling of the research product during a clinical trial • Evidence-based medicine: critical reading • Development of databases in medical lines of research. • Medical-scientific writing and the steps for publication • Training in SPSS ® (statistical software) and its application in data analysis Requirements: Physician registered in the College of Physicians, District I. Knowledge of the English language Selection process: Curriculum vitae and personal interview. Reports.
